Why light line rods for small stream applications?
Because many times in small streams very little fly line is used in tight overgrown streams the rods need to be designed by me, which do not comply with standard AFTM standards.
These specialist rods need to be custom made to order .

This is a one-piece dark flamed rod made to load with the very minimum of 3wt line. It will cast with accuracy just the leader if needed.
